Many people ask me what they should eat on the day of competition. Please be aware that what you eat and drink everyday will make the biggest impact on performance! Below are some tips to help you put the finishing touches on all your hard work!

Secret #1 – It ALWAYS Starts the Day Before!!!!!!!!!!!!
You should always make sure you are well hydrated and your nutrition is optimal the day before the event. The goal the day of the event is making sure your fuel sources are full and ready to go!

Secret #2 – Be Hydrated
Hydration affects speed, power, strength, aerobic capacity and concentration. Make sure you are not thirsty and that your urine is a lemonade color. For more accurate measurement tools please email or call us at www.sn2g.com

Secret #3 – Eat Enough Calories
Where many athletes go wrong is they do not eat enough calories the day of the competition. If you are starving after the competition, you did not optimize your performance.
