Whether as a pre, during, post-workout snack or a delightful team meal dessert, this trail mix with Cheerios, yogurt bites, and dried strawberries is delish. Comes together in just 5 minutes! Offers a perfect mix of crunch and sweetness, courtesy of Dawn Weatherwax’s Sports Nutrition Academy.



Ingredients Get them here!

Here is what you will need:

  • ¼ box of Strawberry Chocolate or Veggie Blended Cheerios (10.9 ounces)

  • ¾ box of Regular Cheerios currently in heart form (10.9 ounces)

  • 2-3oz (1-2 bags) of Amara Smoothie Melts - Mixed Red Berries, dairy-free, nut-free, no added sugar or yogurt bites

  • .8oz of Freeze Dried Strawberries with no added sugars or preservatives

  • ¼ cup of Enjoy Life or nestle allergen free chocolate chips, dairy-free (optional)

Instructions

Here is how you prepare it:

  1. Combine all three ingredients gently in a large bowl.

  2. Transfer the snack mix to an airtight container like a glass jar or Ziplock bag.

  3. Store the mix at room temperature.
